Test you connection and GO LIVE!

After reading this page, feel free to test the connection by clicking the CONNECT button in the green box anytime before the planned live time (you should see "CONNECTION ESTABLISHED"). Use the same button at the planned live time to send your video feed to the director.

What to expect

After pressing CONNECT, you'll see a large video and small video. Large is what's going out live from the production. The small preview is what you’re sending to the director - you can resize (drag the bottom right corner) and move this small preview. If the two show the same video, you are live.

Select the lens you’d like to use

If you’re using a device with a front and back camera, select which lens you want to use. You can switch between lenses at any time by going back to this page in your browser, selecting a different lens, then hitting the CONNECT button again.

What if something goes wrong?

If the video call disconnects or you have issues connecting, try using the original link again, try copy and pasting the link into a browser, try a different browser. If you can, try a different device.

Tips for Livestreaming

Keep your phone horizontal. Try to keep your device steady and smooth. Headphones can help with audio (if you can bring the microphone closer to yourself or what you're recording.
